To begin with, click on Device and printers options on the Control panel. Right-click on the printer you want to share and then click on Printers property. A pop-up window will open and you need to click on the Sharing tab and then check the Share this printer option.

The last step for this method is to connect the printer to your computer. To do this you need to open Control panel and click on Add a printer option and select the device.
